Assist in Cisco switch/router management, including pre-deployment setups and installations of upgrades. Provide support for prototyping of network enhancements of hardware systems and components, network infrastructure, and associated software and software applications. Assist in network design for new facility construction. Support recovery, recycling, and deployment of desktop systems. Responsible for system and component inventories and other databases and documents. Setup conference rooms to ensure required network resources and projector units are available and operational. Perform all routine tasks necessary for the day-to-day operation of the networks including installing printer ink cartridges and paper. Document and resolve problems as they are found. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide weekly reports describing work performed in detail. Requires a flexible work schedule in order to ensure support to the government from 6:30am–4:30pm, as well as preventative maintenance after normal working hours.

This person will be part of the End-to-End System Integration and Test organization and will focus on the qualification, release, and maintenance of core and radio access network Element Management Systems (EMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) and associated applications and provisioning tools.

Examples of equipment include NetCool, Sun, Huawei, Samsung and, Motorola EMS systems. These applications run Solaris, Oracle, SNMP and, UNIX, Neteeza.

In this role, the team acts as the final technology development gate keeper for hardware, software, and design changes into the Clearwire production network. This role is responsible for lab qualification, new product/release introductions into the field, and providing ongoing support for significant challenges faced by the operations teams. This position will require a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the FCAPS framework and their applications. Knowledge of database structure, wireless networks EMS’ and, Security and file transfer protocols.

Responsibilities:

Generate and execute test plans in support of new product releases. This may include, but is not limited to, the testing of the following equipment types: Linux based server applications, Trap forwarders and probes, managed switches and routers, and wireless access equipment.
Generate and execute regression test plans for maintenance releases, or emergency patch releases
Generate and execute First Office Application (FOA) implementation plans for the introduction of hardware and software releases into the Clearwire network.
Manages the feature Roadmap and vendor feature delivery
Document and track product defects encountered during the execution of test cases and determine root cause where applicable
Own the interface specifications between the EMS and northbound Operation Measurements databases.
Responsible for maintaining SNMP MIBS and alarm spreadsheets.
Assist with the creation and implementation of documentation and procedures to support operation of the network.
Analyze, troubleshooting, and identify root cause failure analysis for relevant systems in the production environment.
Troubleshoot issues using packet capture tools.

The right candidate needs to have the capacity to manage many different tasks, multi-tasking is necessary and will include; managing the maintenance staff; electrical, plumbing and HVAC and this would require that you have working knowledge in these areas, in addition this position also requires the management of the custodial staff. This position requires keeping many things going simultaneously and needs a high energy person. This position also requires strong financial reporting and budgeting experience. The successful candidate must have great people management skills that can motivate and build relationships as well train employees.

Position Summary: Directs all maintenance operations of buildings and grounds at a single unit. Schedules maintenance and monitors the operation of all utility systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning. Supervises janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn and snow removal. May also supervise the security function and construction projects.. Overall responsibility for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
