Team: CSG/NCBDC/The Green House Project
Nature and Scope: The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) engaged NCB Capital Impact to implement a 5-year grant to foster rapid replication of the Green House model of residential living � creating 10-12 person homes providing skilled long-term care or assisted living in place of institutional models. In the implementation of this Green House Replication Initiative (GHRI), the team provides technical assistance, training and tools to support the transformation of the organizational and operational cultures, as well as direct technical assistance to facilitate the design, construction, and successful operation of these Green House homes. Although this ongoing technical assistance effort is currently grant funded, it is transitioning to a self-sustaining initiative. Position Purpose:The Project Guide acts as the key contact person for project adopters, maintaining a supportive relationship and facilitating the technical assistance and consulting services of the entire GHRI team over the average 36 months of project development. The Project Champion supports the work of the Project Guides through research, calendar management, training coordination, tool development and other administrative support as assigned. Responsibilities IncludeThe Project Champion will be based at the NCB Green House Project central office and will provide the following support services for the Project Guides:Successful understanding of The �Green House Model� / principles / practicesFacilitation of application review process with lead Project GuidesCo-training with Project Guide at project sites as neededScheduling of all project and Project Guide activities.Maintenance of calendar of activities for all projects according to the Project Implementation Plans.Updates and maintenance of Project databases.Planning and coordination of all major Project Guide conference calls, Project-to-Project calls and other key communication activities.Manage logistics and track all project training materials. In coordination with Project Guides, research and development of project tools.Coordination and implementation of all project survey and evaluation activities.Support of project communication as appropriate.Other responsibilities as assigned.Other Responsibilities Include:Attendance at weekly Green House Team Meetings and retreats.Participation in development of project training programs and other technical assistance tools.Support of business development and conference activities.Support of community awareness, public policy and other external advocacy.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and five years as a Unix, Linux, and Solaris Administrator or equivalent combination of education and experience.
